How to say NO!

Its Holiday time and people are stressed out.  Some how or other we make it through with the same complaints year after year.  This year you might consider making some changes and the first one is how to say NO!

Dr. Andrew Weil is using this month to deal with stress.  I think is all the time and not just holiday. During the holidays you’re more aware of it because people are talking about.  But learning how to say NO is helpful through out your life.

He’s right-“to stay centered, relaxed and calm,it’s necessary every so often to regroup,decompress and focus on yourself.

1.If time demands are overwhelming-dont be afraid to say NO.

2. Don’t feel guilty-learn your limits and be satisfied.

3.Be a little selfish once in awhile-enjoy meditating.

4. Take time to enjoy the little things.
